HOW IT WORKS

From your operation to a fully managed team.

We don't simply assign people to your operation. We first learn how the work is done, document the process, validate execution, and then take the operation live with the right management and quality controls in place.

  1. Phase 01

    Discovery, Scope & SLAs

We understand the operation before we build the team.

We study how your operation works today, identify bottlenecks, define the required team profile, and establish the KPIs and SLAs that will define success.

    What we do

    • Study the current operation
    • Identify bottlenecks
    • Define required profiles
    • Understand systems and workflows
    • Establish KPIs & SLAs
    • Define business objectives

    What we need from you

    • Current processes
    • Business objectives
    • Existing documentation
    • Systems and workflow information
    • Operational requirements
    Outcome

A defined operating scope, team profile, KPI framework, and SLA structure.

  2. Phase 02

    Immersion & SOPs

We turn your team's knowledge into an operating system.

We learn how your team performs the work and translate that knowledge into documented processes, SOPs, training materials, workflows, escalation procedures, and quality standards.

    What we build

    • SOPs
    • Process documentation
    • Training materials
    • Workflows
    • Escalation procedures
    • Quality standards
    Outcome

A documented and trainable operation ready for the dedicated team.

  3. Phase 03

    Validation Pilot

Your team validates execution before full operation.

The NearshoreBase team performs the work under direct supervision while your existing team observes and validates execution. We identify gaps, answer questions, adjust processes, and test the operation against the agreed KPIs.

    What happens

    • NearshoreBase performs the work
    • Your team observes and validates execution
    • Questions and gaps are identified
    • Processes are adjusted
    • KPIs are tested
    • Quality is evaluated
    • Operational readiness is confirmed

Controlled Transition: Parallel execution under real conditions guarantees seamless calibration before full production cutover — eliminating handoff risk.

    Outcome

A validated operation ready for full production.

  4. Phase 04

    Operate, Measure & Scale

We run the operation, measure performance, and expand capacity as your business grows.

The dedicated team runs the operation day to day while NearshoreBase manages supervision, quality assurance, reporting, and continuous improvement. As demand grows, the operation can scale with it.

    What we manage

    • Daily operations
    • Supervision
    • Quality assurance
    • KPI monitoring
    • SLA management
    • Reporting
    • Continuous improvement
    • Team scaling
    Outcome

A managed operation that can scale with your business.

03 Questions

Common questions about our operating model.

How long does it take to launch a team?

Timelines depend on the number of roles, required specialization, and process complexity. We define a realistic onboarding timeline during Phase 01 (Discovery & SLAs) before any hiring begins.

Are team members shared with other clients?

No. NearshoreBase provides 100% dedicated full-time employees (FTEs). Your team works exclusively on your operation and inside your systems.

What happens during the Validation Pilot phase?

During Phase 03 (Validation Pilot), the NearshoreBase team performs the work under direct supervision while your existing team observes and validates execution. We identify gaps, answer questions, adjust processes, and test the operation against agreed KPIs before full production.

Who manages the team day to day?

NearshoreBase provides on-site team leadership, daily supervision, and quality assurance. You retain strategic control and complete visibility through daily Pacific Time standups, KPI dashboards, and executive reporting.

Can we scale the team later?

Yes. Team scaling is built into Phase 04 (Operate, Measure & Scale). Because processes, training materials, and QA benchmarks are fully documented, new team members can be onboarded seamlessly against the same standards.
